    By accessing our website our system automatically gathers the following data by the browser used on your device:

    • Websites accessed by the user’s system through our website
    We also save the data temporarily in the logfiles of our system. Further storage of the data with other personal data of the user shall not occur.

    4.1.2 Purpose and legal basis for data processing
    It is necessary for the IP address to be stored temporarily by the system in order to allow the website to be delivered to the user‘s computer. Therefore, the user’s anonymised IP address must be stored for the duration of the session. It is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data is used to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. The data is not evaluated for marketing purposes in this context. For these purposes, our legitimate interest lies in the processing of data pursuant to Article 6 (1) f) GDPR.

    4.1.3 Storage duration
    The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was gathered.  If the data is gathered for the purpose of providing the website, this is the case when the respective session is terminated. When data is stored in log files, this is the case after a maximum of 180 days. Longer storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or anonymised, so that they can no longer be linked to the calling client.

    A contact form on our website can be used for electronical booking requests.
    If this service is been used, the given data will be transmitted to us and stored.
    This data includes:

    • Requested date of arrival
    • Requested date of departure

    Altrnatively, contacting via the provided e-mail address is possible. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted by e-mail will be stored. Personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties. The data will be used exclusively to process the conversation and to review the booking request.

    4.2.2 Purpose and legal basis for data processing
    The personal data provided in the input mask will solely be processed by us for contact and booking requests. This is also our and your concurrent required interest in the processing of the data. The legal basis for the processing of the data that has been transmitted is art. 6 para 1 lit. f GDPR. If the e-mail contact aims to conclude a contract, art. 6 (1) )b GDPR comes into force as well.

    4.2.3 Storage duration
    The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required. For the personal data transmitted through the contact form and those sent by e-mail, the data will be deleted as soon as the respecticve conversation with the user has ended. The conversation has ended when all facts are clarified.

    4.3 Rights of the individual
    If the respective legal requirements exist, the following rights shall apply:
